Hotel a North Suburbs

“BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. We were there for four nights. Not enough fresh fruit. Oatmeal was gluey, really bad. The "scrambled eggs" - just no. Some kind of pale omelet thing with no cheese - and no description! Mushy potatoes. Soggy muffins. I mean, come on now. It was pitiful. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to”

“I didn't care for the place. The coffee(in lobby only) was horrible! Nothing in the rm., cups, ice bucket etc. The only thing is tissue, that's nice to have. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2am. We all had to get up & the firefighters had to check the building!”

“Everything was great, although one of the ladies during the breakfast tried to make us pay when breakfast was actually included. We needed up not paying but she kept insisting that we had to.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay.”

“My only issue was with the noise in the morning. Starting at 6am it was doors slamming constantly. Mostly by cleaning staff. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“Ottima struttura. Personale professionale e accogliente. Gli ascensori e la zona colazione dovrebbe essere più attenzionata per la pulizia. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è poco e il lavoro di rifacimento delle strade crea difficoltà di traffico. ”

““Great stay just down the street from Northwestern! Close to everything you need, making it very convenient. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.””

“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Clean room. That’s about where the positive feedback ends. We received the wrong type of room that we had reserved and prepaid for. I overheard a staff member telling another customer that they were sold out, and because we were pressed for time we decided to keep the incorrect room that we were given. Toilet area in the bathroom was incredibly small- so small that my husband and I would have to either keep the door open while using the bathroom or step into the shower in order to close the...
